The Captain's Quarters below the Bridge is the lair of Space Station 13's final boss, Jones the Cat, and their obligatory right-hand human, the Captain. As befitting for a such a high-status boss, this room contains an number of interesting items to utilize and loot:
- A communications console, which can call or recall the emergency shuttle.
- A rack with a space helmet, captain's space suit, and jetpack. The jetpack and helmet don't do anything particularly special, but the space suit does have no slowdown, meaning you can feasibly wear it indoors, all the time.
- A Captain's equipment with an extra Captain uniform, alternate outfits, and a rather overpowered energy gun.
- An arcade machine. In case Space Station 13 wasn't old-school enough for you, here's an HTML game that's even more old-school.
- A PC loaded with evil plans. Too bad you can't read them.
- A rubber duck. This needs no explaining. *squeeze.
- A box of gold star stickers, which Jones rewards their henchmen with. He lists off people in his favor, and the Captain applies the stars.
- A recharger. This is how the Captain recharges their guns between stages.
- A colorful bedsheet. If you ever wondered how Jones sleeps at night, this is how.
- A spare Captain's ID that grants access to almost the entire station. Look how shiny it is!
- A bonsai tree. Bonsai trees require a special attention to details and years of dedication, just like evil plans. They also often hide more sinister activities (in this case a bottle of Stinkeye's), and opposing factions often seek their total destruction.
Off to the right is a small booth with an Escape Pod. It's most useful during the Shuttle on Route to CentCom stages.
Maintenance Information
There is no vent. Vents are Jones's weakness, and Jones is not dumb enough to include them on their stage.
The APC for this room is in the maintenance area left of here, behind a Clown bop-bag. Perfect place to get ambushed.
Power for this room comes from a wire that goes under the left entrance.

Captain |
The captain, Jones The Cat and the captain's bonsai tree all spawn here, each more important than the former.
Additionally, there is a communications console which is used to call or recall the emergency shuttle if the AI is unreliable.
Maintenance Information
There is no vent. Bonsai trees don't really like extra air.
The APC for this room is in the side room off in the south.

In addition to the various amenities afforded by captaincy, there is the Ship Alert button for declaring a state of emergency as well as a communications console to call or recall the shuttle in case the AI is unavailable. There's also an announcement computer for changing the Arrivals announcement message and, of course, announcing things, such as the horrendous delicious foods the Chef is serving, promotions, and bounties on the person who stole that captain's hat and/or spare ID.

Tree house | |
This luxurious little room near the Bridge is the personal bedroom of the captain, Jones The Cat, and the captain's bonsai tree, each more important than the former. It contains various amenities essential to bonsai trees, such a weird green suit and (non-matching) space helmet, a personal safe, a locker with a e-gun, a display model gun, and, most importantly, a positively gaudy bedsheet.
There's also a little sidecloset for the bonsai's precious valuables, including a hand teleporter (these trees have lots of places to go, you know, and too little time to get to them), a segway (this bonsai has to move somehow), a shiny spare Captain's ID, and, most importantly, communications console to call or recall the shuttle in case the AI is unavailable.
Maintenance Information
There is no vent. The bonsai makes its own oxygen, so it doesn't really need extra.
The APC for this room is in the little sidecloset, on the western wall.

Cat villa | |
This luxurious lodging near the Bridge is the home of the captain and the captain's bonsai tree, the most important of two. Jones the Cat makes secondary residence here, when the Bridge is too hot/cold for their tastes. It features a variety of weird bits and doodads that are evidently important for a bonsai tree, such as Captain's equipment locker, a gaudy bedsheet, a rack of spacefaring gear, a communications console and, hidden behind the bedhead, a box of golden star stickers.
The little windoor-locked alcove holds the bonsai tree's more valuable belongings, each of unknown purpose and importance. They include a nuclear authentication disk pinpointer, a hand tele, a camera and photo album, and, hidden under all that stuff, and most mysterious of all, the Captain's spare id, colloquially known as the golden ticket.
That little switch near the windoor controls the Emergency Internals room in the Warehouse, a whole room full of emergency oxygen closets locked behind massive shutters. In emergencies, when most of the station is open the space, the bonsai can press the switch to lift the shutters, allowing everyone access to external oxygen, provided they can get to the Warehouse of course.
Maintenance Information
There is no vent. The bonsai is getting stale air.
The APC that controls the Bridge controls this room.

If you ever see a weirdo in a cucumber costume wearing sunglasses, roaming the asylum's halls, and looking really lost, chances are it came from here, the Captain's Quarters, just above the Bridge. This colorfully-carpeted cabin contains all kinds of curiosities critical to your cucumber-cosplayer (who, we remind you, is your boss):
- A colorful bedsheet.
- A bonsai tree, which actually does a good job of hiding a bottle of Stinkeye's Special Reserve. (The sliding door really helps).
- A desk lamp.
- A locker with spare Captain clothes and accessories, plus a fancy gun.
- A display case for their authentic model antique laser gun
- A rack holding a special cucumber suit adapted for spacewalking, with unfortunately non-matching jetpack and space helmet.
- A hand teleporter.
- A camera and a photo album to hold the pictures from it.
- A spare Captain's ID, because apparently the Captain tends to lose theirs pretty often.
- A Communications Console
Maintenance Information
There is no vent. Just a little peculiarity of your cucumber-suit-wearer.
The APC for this room is near the display case.

Pickle dispenser. | |
If you've ever seen a talking pickle wearing sunglasses roaming the halls of Chiron Outpost (which is inevitable given how small the place is), chances are it came from here, the Captain Quarters. This colorfully-carpeted lodging (you might notice that it's same carpet as the Clown's place) contains all kinds of amenities essential in the preparation of a pickle, such as:
- A colorful bedsheet.
- A bonsai tree, which
cleverlyhides a bottle of Stinkeye's Special Reserve. - A lamp.
- A locker with spare Captain clothes and accessories, plus a fancy gun.
- A recharger for said fancy gun.
- A rack holding a special green space suit custom-made for pickles, with non-matching jetpack and space helmet.
- A hand teleporter.
- A camera and a photo album to hold the pictures from it.
- A spare Captain's ID, because apparently pickles tend to lose theirs pretty often.
Maintenance Information
There is no vent. Cucumbers don't pickle well if exposed to air. At all.
The APC for this room is right above the bed.

Captain Murphy expy day care.
If you've ever wondered how the green weirdo running this sealab lives, you should look into the Captain Quarters left of the Bridge. It contains a number of amenities essential to your local Captain Hank Murphy expy, including:
- A royal-looking bedsheet.
- A bonsai tree, which
cleverlyhides a bottle of Stinkeye's Special Reserve. - A locker with spare Captain clothes and accessories, plus a fancy gun.
- A rack holding a command diving suit and helmet.
- A hand teleporter.
- A camera and a photo album with pics of Adrienne Barbeau.
- A spare Captain's ID, because the Captain has a distressing tendency to swallow the one he starts with somehow.
- A display case for the model antique laser gun. Higher ups previously debated child-proofing the case, but eventually decided that the Captain would be too busy trying to find his Happy Bake Oven to care.
- A Communications Console.
Maintenance Information
There is no vent. The previous Captain got his head stuck in it. Our researchers are still trying to find out how.
The APC for this room is in the bottom right corner, behind the Captain's locker.

Where the "most powerful figure of Atlas" tries to find their power again.
This blue corner is the Captain's Office , the private study and residence of the leader of United Command, and, by proxy, the entirety of Atlas, the Captain. Though the other titles of the Captain have varied over time with United Command's fall into powerlessness, from Secretary General to President of the Assembly to Most Supreme Great Leader, the contents of this room have not:
- A regal-looking bedsheet. It's great to imagine what it'd be like to be king, because it's better than actually being one.
- A bonsai tree, which holds a bottle of Stinkeye's, one of the ultimate sources of answers to the questions faced by the human race in general and Atlanteans in particular.
- Cigarettes and lighter, the other sources.
- A ribbon sticker. It's generic and has nothing on it, but sometimes, the Captain imagines it's the medal they'll get for finally reunifing this fractured land and restoring the glory of United Command.
- A tabby cat with a retro space helmet named Jones. Because if there's one thing the Captain can rely on, it's their own cat tripping them.
- A locker with spare Captain clothes and accessories, plus a unique gun for self-defense. The Captain is frequently targeted less for their importance in the regional stage, and more for their ID card, which allows access to the entirety of Atlas.
- A spare Captain's ID. When the Captain needs to...take leave, they may hand this to a confidant to grant them captainship.
- A Communications Console. If there's one thing the Captain can get right, it's helping people get out of Atlas.
In addition, there is a side room containing racks with:
- A hand teleporter for escaping to other parts of Atlas.
- A display case for the model antique laser gun. Much like Atlas, it's looks perfectly functional on the outside, but when you look closer, it's all just for display, and it'll take superhuman effort to get to where it needs to be.
- A rack holding a special "Captain's space suit", a jetpack and space helmet. Much like the Captain to Atlas, the last two don't complement each other very well.
Maintenance Information
There is no vent. There is no venting, only drowning of sorrows.
The APC for this room is in the top left corner, near the desk.
