Also known as 'the hallway', it connects the refinery and the Quartermasters Cargo Bay to the rest of the station. The desk to the south allows you to pester the Quartermaster and there are 2 locations for people to set up shops. There is also a security check-point to for the guards to ignore contraband and eat donuts in.

Maintenance information

A place to sell your wares. Features a pair of ATMs and card swipers to allow quick payment transfers. Sell your weed, pipe bombs, and fake mustaches here, then wait to see how long it takes security to shut you down. Also a good hiding spot because of how rarely it's ever used.

Other opportunities to earn or spend money can also be found here, namely the stock exchange and the occasional NPC trading vessel.

Maintenance Information

Air can be pumped into this room via the Market Air Hookup behind EVA.

The APC for this room is in a maintenance area above the general area. (It's also the same one that's left of Customs.)

The Public Market is where all of the station's aspiring entrepreneurs go to hawk their wares, from non-Euclidean sandwiches to bombs to dangerous weaponry, appropriately located above the station's biggest hotspot for interstellar commerce. There are booths with ATMs for cash and card swipers for, obviously, card payments.

Amateur stockbrokers also trade here, via the Stock Market terminals in the booths. Since these booths also have shutter switches, they stand a significantly decreased risk of death by Changeling/Vampire than brokers of other stations.

The station's sole horse mask is found here. Keep it safe. If it is ever lost or destroyed by any means, the world will be worse for it.

Maintenance Information

There is no vent. In addition to never sleeping, money also never breathes, although it does have a certain smell.

The APC for this room is on the wall shared by both booths, right between them.

Singularity watching station.

Everybody

The Public Market is a place across from the Bar where inmates can sell the things they've made to other inmates. Like heirloom organic produce! Or a deed to a title and tract of Cargonia! Or a genuine severed monkey paw! Or a hand-crafted, functioning replica of the Captain's gun! Or the asylum's sole horse mask! These inmates sells all sorts of stuff.

Coincidentally, this place is really, kinda uncomfortably close to Engineering. When one of the Engineers messes up the singularity again, you can expect for this room to be one of the first casualties...and for an enterprising entrepreneur to offer tickets to sweet views of it.

Maintenance Information

There is no vent. It'd probably just be sold off somehow if there was one.

The APC for this room is on west wall.
