AI Upload
Like Cogmap1, Cogmap2 continues the then-newly-set precedent to make the rooms where AI law modules are stored, where AI laws are actually uploaded, and where the AI itself is into one room, called the AI Chamber.
Unlike older maps, the AI Upload on Cogmap1 is the same thing as the AI Chamber. In fact, it's in the very same room as where the AI core itself is. Isn't that convenient? Now the AI can personally watch you upload a law telling them to commit suicide. Or talk like an owl.
As with its station predecessors Cogmap1 and Cogmap2, the NSS Destiny has solely one room for uploading laws, storing law modules, and keeping the AI core: a single little broom closet linked to the Bridge, appropriately named the AI Chamber.
Just like its sister ship Destiny, the NSS Clarion keeps the AI core unit, AI Upload computer, and (most of the) AI law modules in one room, called the AI Chamber.

Unlike Cogmap1 and Cogmap2, Linemap's AI Upload is not the same as the AI Chamber. In fact, it continues the Mushroom Station tradition of keeping the room for the AI Upload Computer and the AI core unit itself in different rooms, going so far as to even have similar designs. Also like Mushroom Station, this room, which is located a few paces above the Warehouse, is only for adding/removing laws to/from the AI. It has no law modules whatsoever. Rather, the law modules for the Upload Computer here are in the room across the hall, the AI Module Storage room.

The APC for this room is in the middle of the southern wall.

While the AI Module Storage room is where the modules needed to add/remove laws to/from the AI are located, the AI Upload is where the laws on them are actually added to the AI, through the Upload Computer. It is also where the Robotics Control Computer is located.
Be prepared for four turrets directed aimed at you if you enter, unless you turn them off via the turret controls computer in the antechamber.
Maintenance Information
The APC for this room is on the wall adjacent to the southeastern turret.

Like the Space American Space Constitution, Silicon laws are imperfect but amendable. The default three serve this weird doughnut of a station fairly, but sometimes, fairly well isn't well enough. This is why there's a special room in the south/starboard side of the station, a little bit away from a place concerned with a different kind of law, for people to add new laws to the AI and Cyborgs using the various AI Law modules hidden away in AI Module Storage.
Since most space people agree that giving any schmuck free reign to add any kind of law to the AI is a Bad Idea, this room is restricted to Command-schmucks only and is guarded by taser turrets, which can only be turned off by either the Silicons themselves or said Command-schmucks.
If certain Silicons continue to hurt humans despite having laws not to, they can be destroyed/killswitched via the Robotics Control Computer.

Chiron's AI can do plenty of neat stuff on its own, but there are some things that are simply not allowed under the default three laws. Maybe Security would really like the AI to track suspects and report crimes more. Maybe somebody really needs somebody else dead and wants Big Brother's help in doing the job. Or maybe somebody just thinks the AI would be a whole lot better if it narrated everything like Sean Connery.
Enter the AI Upload. This tiny room accessible from the Bridge has all sorts of AI law modules that change the AI's laws in some way. Some change what the AI defines as human, some change how the Chain of Command is arranged, some even give the AI a new name. All are protected by the watchful eyes of the turret, which will impeccably fire stun bullets those who dare tread into this room, lest they turn them off at the turret controls computer before the Bridge door.
Maintenance Information
There is no vent. AI Law modules don't need air.
The APC for this room is on the northern wall.
