Garbage Garbs is the Manta's very own clothing store, located on the west/port side of the ship, below Arrivals. Besides dressers for shoes and bags, Garbage Garbs also uses shelves for displaying hats and clothing racks for both jumpsuits and outerwear. The same clothes appear on the same racks every round, but specific colors for some clothes can vary. Additionally, the store features a private changing room for hiding both your modesty and corpses.
While there is a sales counter, complete with payment scanner, you don't actually have to pay for the clothes here. In fact, you can just walk out without paying, and you won't set off alarms or get chased by security robots or anything, though your mother might not like it if she finds out. Of course, if you wanted to run this place like an actual store and try to get people to pay anyways, you can!
Behind the counter is a small storeroom with a clothing booth, clothing manufacturer, and cyborg charging station. You can also find a salesperson uniform on a table, complete with gaudy jacket and silly hat, so you can look like of tacky proprietor of a kitschy clothing store.

There is no vent. Vents are neither garments or nor pieces of garbage.
