Despite the name, these Treatment Rooms in the lower center-ish of Medbay, in the bottom left of the general treatment area, aren't exactly for treating patients, at least not in the way most injuries get treated. Rather, these are for patients with more chronic, or at least longer-lasting ailments, such as addictions, so they can receive aid, or at least weather out their diseases, in relative safety.
To that end, these cells have tables with comforting houseplants, chairs for visitors, and roller beds so the afflicted can be easily transported to the proper medical care facilities. They are also strategically placed near the public hallway; while this means breaking into/out of them is easier, and it makes some inpatients feel like they're being put in display cases, watching fellow shipmates go about their daily lives has a generally therapeutic effect on patients. In addition, for whatever reason, the previous owner left a can of chicken soup in the left room, and during the Spacemas season, the same cell also has a stocking, but not the other cell.

There is no vent. Doesn't air often deteriorate whatever's inside?
The APC for each treatment room is on its left wall.

Despite the name, these Treatment Rooms in the top-left of Medbay, above (and arguably part of) the Pathology room, aren't exactly for treating patients, at least not in the way most injuries get treated. These ones are more like a quarantine for pathology-infected patients, possessing only the barest essentials.
Meanwhile, on the opposite end of medbay, in the bottom-right below Cryo, tend to be for patients with more chronic, or at least longer-lasting ailments, such as addictions, so they can receive aid, or at least weather out their diseases, in relative safety. The presence of haloperidol syringes helps with particularly rowdy, Berserker-affected patients, too.
Maintenance Information
There is no vent. The sucking-blowing sounds would probably be disconcerting for someone trying to sleep.
The APC for each of the cryo treatment rooms is on its left wall. The pathology ones' APC is in the pathology room itself.
