While the Detective's Office in the ship's lower left/west/port side is where the Detective acts like a film noir investigator, the Detective's Bedroom below it is where they act like a real investigator. In addition to obviously being their (rather oddly shaped) bedroom, this room houses a SecTech and various forensic tools, such as:

• Forensic scanners, multi-purpose scanning devices that can read blood DNA, ballistics, fingerprints, glove fibers, and so much more.
• Audio loggers and extra tapes for recording speech.
• A body bag for preservation of corpses for autopsy work.
• Evidence boxes and a safe for storing vital clues and a hand labeler to keep track of them.
• A Forensics equipment locker with loads of investigative tools, such as a special spy sticker set and a BloodTrak scanner.

Maintenance Information

There is no vent. That doesn't help with forensics.
