Engineering Power Room

Before it can reach the rest of the ship, the power generated in the ship's Engineering department must first pass through the SMES units in the Engineering Power Room on the south/aft end of Engineering, located below Inner Engineering. Or at least, it would if there weren't over five different direct connections between the singularity engine and the power grid, defeating the entire point of the SMES units.
Anyways, there's four SMES units in this room, and they all essentially act as buffers, supplying the station with a consistent amount of power while ensuring that APCs aren't spontaneously arc flashing to people because of excess electricity in the network. Each of them has a 200k capacity, so altogether they roughly match the average output of the ship's singularity engine. There are also power and engine monitoring computers, so you can adjust SMES output in reaction to changes in power demand.
Besides that, there's also an ABC-U unit, metal and glass sheets for it, and a crate with blueprint markers for them. These things are more construction than power-related; they let you automatically entire rooms, provided you've scanned them, have the materials for them, and met a few other requirements.
Maintenance Information
There is no vent. Vents don't produce or distribute power.
The APC for this room is on the southernmost wall.
