A whole entire space station just for the AI, located a good ways directly east of the Bridge. It is powered by four fairly large solar arrays, barricaded by a wall of steel grilles, which feed into separate SMES Units within the central chamber. Off in the corners are 2x2 banks of turrets, each with their own separate turret control, sensibly located within the wall of the bank--i.e. only accessible by the AI. Inside the triple walls is the AI core itself, guarded by four somewhat awkwardly positioned turrets. If you're looking to break in, you better bring your best gear.
Off in the southwest is the lone Satellite A3-67 beacon for Space Pods to warp into.
If you're looking to upload a law or find a law module, this is very much the wrong place. There are the AI Upload and AI Module Storage rooms for that.
