Maps

There are currently several maps in public rotation. The next round's map is selected by a map vote 5 minutes into the preceding round. Few people usually vote for maps, and the "Preferred map" option in character setup only counts as 0.25 of a vote, so your vote really does count! Also, many maps have voting machines that you can bribe to rig the vote in your favour. Democracy!

Note that Cogmap2 will only appear on the vote when the server population is over 40, and Atlas when below 30.

Where the hell am I?

The current map is indicated in the Status tab at the top-right, and you can click the nearby "Map" button for a zoomable version of the map:
