Don't be put off by the name, the Medbay Break Room west of Arrivals is accessible to all prisoners, even those not part of the medical staff. In fact, aside from the chute to the Morgue, it's not connected to the main Medbay, and the only medical things here are a MiniMed, a first aid kit, a sleeper unit, a locker of meds, and a roller bed, all decidedly low-key equipment. So the "Medbay" part is kinda misleading, really.
In fact, the "Break Room" part is kinda misleading too. Aside from the little bathroom with the poorly hidden cannabis seed and the aforementioned roller bed, there's nothing you can use as an excuse for a break. There's no coffee machine, no snack machines, no fridge with passive aggressive notes--nothing you'd see in your typical break room. At least there's some in the crew quarters area left of here.
Maintenance Information
This area has no vent. Maybe it went on break? Is that why it's called the break room?
The APC for this room is in the lower right next to the sleeper unit.
