The Pump Control Room, technically just part of the Engine Room, is a public hallway-facing room on the north side of the station.
If you aren't just using furnaces to heat the hot loop of the engine, you'll need to go here to feed gases into the combustion chamber in the main engine room below. There's also some gear in case this goes horribly awry, as well as some typical engineer gear, making this a little bit of a lounge - especially given looooong bench.

There is no vent. Wait, are there any vents on this station?
The APC for this area is on the west wall. It also powers the Engine Room below.
