Mushroom Station was the informal nickname for concept.dmm, the sole map run on Goonstation servers after Donut 2.0 was phased out. It was retired to make way for Cogmap1's debut, then un-retired in November 2017, with a complete makeover from the old 2D style to the 3/4 view sprites. Unfortunately, its makeover ultimately wasn't enough for it to grow on post-Mushroom players, who found it confusing, ill-lit, and, overall, simply inferior to Cogmap1. With no real reason to exist beyond nostalgia, it was un-un-retired almost a year later.
