Mushroom Station

I suspect the maniac chef had the same sort of AI, and he showed up on an updated version of donut 2 reintroduced after we had been on shroom for a while)
Mushroom Station or shroom station was the informal nickname for concept.dmm, the station run on Goonstation servers after Donut 2.0 and before Cogmap. Its legacy is honored here.
January 25th, 2012 - March 1st, 2013
Mushroom Station was the first station to
- feature an owlery and commonly available owl suits.
- feature virtual reality pods.
- introduce vampire mode.
- introduce the telescience lab.
- allow cyborg parts to be reinforced.
- allow the roboticist to produce finished robots.
- have ABC-Us.
- introduce human-like, NPC behavior as later seen in life mobs. E.g. Telescience syndicate agents
Mushroom Station was the last station to
- use the singularity engine.
- hire a head surgeon.
- hire chemists.
- feature the clown car.
- feature replicants.
- have a research system for robotics and artifact research.
