Tourists are a step down from Assistant and have absolutely no access at all. They were mainly created to limit the impact of people using Guest Accounts on BYOND, since some guests like to come in and fuck the game up anonymously.
This job has since been discontinued. Rarely, admins may allow Tourists to appear as a job choice to late-joiners.
