We have had a lot of questions recently about what counts as human with regards to AI laws. Please use the following table to ensure we are all on the same page. Please adminhelp if unsure, and please let me know of any creates / adversaries I may have missed.

Werewolves | Human UNLESS they have transformed. |
Changelings and Vampires | Human UNTIL the AI or cyborg WITNESSES the creature commit a non-human act (shape shifting, transforming, proboscis etc). |
EDIT: Wizard made cluwnes are human. Admin made cluwnes typically aren't due to virtue of them fucking up enough to deserve a cluwning and are free game for all.
