Intro
Hi, I'm Spoodle, usually known in-game as Sylvian Stone. I'm a Mentor & HoS who started playing in late-2017 under the original ckey of InternetDweller (you can probably guess why I've changed it now, lol), and as Alec Ryan in-game. I took a long hiatus starting around 2020, and then got back into it for a year starting mid-2023. Maybe I'll be getting back into it again soon? You can always take a break, but you can never escape...

Chest Item Implant 
|
The patient wishes to become a living [noun]. | Open chest. Click-drag an item to the patient. Sew the chest area back together with the suture. | Normally, the item will fall out when the person farts. This can be prevented by securing the item by holding a suture in your hand while you click-drag the item into the patient. Suturing on grab intent also does this. Not all items can be added to your chest. Farting can activate some(? or all?) items. |
