Hi, I'm Spoodle, usually known in-game as Sylvian Stone. I'm a Mentor & HoS who started playing in late-2017 under the original ckey of InternetDweller (you can probably guess why I've changed it now... lol), and as Alec Ryan in-game. I took a long hiatus starting around 2020, and I've only really gotten back into SS13 in mid-2023 (with some minor hiatuses since then). My page is mainly for my personal use when playing the game, but if you happen to find it useful, by all means use it.

Hi, I'm Spoodle, usually known in-game as Sylvian Stone. I'm a Mentor & HoS who started playing in late-2017 under the original ckey of InternetDweller (you can probably guess why I've changed it now... lol), and as Alec Ryan in-game. I took a long hiatus starting around 2020, and then got back into it for a year starting mid-2023. Maybe I'll get back into it again soon? You can always take a break, but you can never escape...

Niche Procedures

Operation Scenario How to do it Notes
Headspider HeadSpider.png The patient fought a changeling and ended up being infected by its headspider. Target the chest with Help intent. Use the scalpel. Time is of the essence! This should cut a "strange tumor" out – if it doesn't after repeated attempts, the transformation has already been completed. TODO: code-diver for surgery chances
Eyeball NormalEye.png You need to remove somebody's eyes, presumably for augmentation. Target the head. spoon - scalpel - spoon. Which eye you target is based on which hand your tool is in. None
Eye replacement HumanEyeNormal.png The patient is missing at least one eyeball and wishes to have all of them restored. Target the head. Insert the spare eye (any type). Which eye you target is based on which hand you old the eye in. None
Mask attachment Breathmask.png The patient wishes to wear a mask on their face, permanently. Staple head with Help intent, while the patient has the mask on. Once affixed, the mask cannot be removed by the wearer.
Chest Item Implant BikeHornV2.png The patient wishes to become a living [noun]. Open chest. Click-drag an item to the patient. Sew the chest area back together with the suture. Normally, the item will fall out when the person farts. This can be prevented by securing the item by holding a suture in your hand while you click-drag the item into the patient. Suturing on grab intent also does this. Not all items can be added to your chest. Farting can activate some(? or all?) items.
