Summary
It's the inventory sprite for a leaf of rainbow weed. In-game, this item is just labeled "cannabis leaf", as if it was plain Mary Jane. Clearly it's not. Look at all those colors, mannnnnnnn
New sprite by Shiiba. Since regular cannabis got resprited, this one had to be changed too. This one uses a very different shade of green and blue, and it feels like the other colors are darker too, but you still have the Green->Blue->Purple->Red->Orange->Yellow (No indigo) sequence.
