Rapid Construction Device - RCD, also rapidly deconstructs! This is the "base" version you normally can't see in gameplay, because this is what the RCD looks like when it has no mode at all.
32x32 means it's 32 pixels tall by 32 pixels wide. Good in a bullet list, especially with other 32x32 sprites.
New sprite by Flaborized! Basically, everything is more detailed and overall just better. The grip at the front and general body have been fleshed out into recognizable shapes rather than grey blobs. Moreover, there is a light on the body and extra bulk on the business end of the RCD to add a new functionality: new sprites to indicate each mode!
