Summary
This is the south-facing sprite for the CompTech, a vending machine that dispenses computer parts. The CompTech has a couple of different sprites for different directions, but south is considered sort of the default, so the wiki uses that.
Note that this image in 32 pixels wide by 42 pixels tall, the native dimensions for vending machine sprites. Most sprites are made in 32x32, so it might look strange next to those.
Resprite by What/SgtManGuy. New sprite uses a computer chip (or is it a postage stamp?), rather than a monitor and desktop.
