Summary
The item sprite for an empty gas tank, which is just called "gas tank" in-game. All gas tanks can become empty, but this one specifically started out empty. You can tell because it's got a red band, and that means it's empty, like the red area on fuel gauges. Confuse it with N2O at your own peril.
Sprite by TealSeer, it appers. Modernizes it to fit the current tank sprites, more or less. Still have same color scheme as version before it.
