The ability icon for the Grinch ability Poison food. Despite the name, it poisons drink too, so there's a Grinch touching a cocktail glass, causing it to emit sickly vapor.
64x64 means it's 64 pixels wide by 64 pixels tall. The game store ability icons in 32x32, but this one has been enlarged for finer detail.
New sprite by ThatFancyGent. This goes beyond just updating the art style. The general theme of a green hand touching a cocktail glass is still there, but we've swapped from a bar counter to a more abstract background. In the process, everything has gotten more detailed. Just look at that finger work!
