Summary
This is the sprite for a secure weapons crate that is locked. This sprite is also used for various armory crates, namely the tranquilizer, shotgun, pod weapon, and phaser crates.
Sprite by Sord213. It previously used the generic "weaponcrate" sprite (which is at File:SecureCrateGreenV3-32x32.png), but now, it has its own sprite. It seems like it has a little target on it now, which is appropriate in more ways than one.
