Summary
This is the status effect icon associated with wearing your gang uniform while near your gang's locker In-game, it's called "Gang Member", but there are a couple of different status effects with that name.
This is an animated PNG (APNG). While the wiki normally uses .GIF, this sprite uses transparent colors, which .GIF does not support.
