So, you got comfortable with the game and now want to break into the kitchen and gib the chef, then r-wall the janitor into his closet! If this is the case, you've come to the right place. There are various ways to create and destroy, listed below.
Automated
The automated way of manufacturing items is by utilizing the fabricators. The fabricators work with all sorts of minerals, which can be gathered by the miners. The three basic minerals - mauxite, pharosium and molitz - can also be acquired by inserting metal sheets, cable coils and glass panels into the fabricators, respectively.
General Manufacturer
Also known as the autolathe. Two of these are available on the station, one in the area above tool storage, and one in the quartermaster's storage. In theory, it creates general-purpose items, in reality, someone will hack it within the first five minutes and distribute vuvuzelas to every assistant ever.
Robotics Fabricator
Used to create parts and upgrades for cyborgs, as well as certain implants and robots. Three of these can be found in Robotics, and unlike the other fabricators, most of the items must be researched before they can be manufactured.
Mining Fabricator
Creates more and better gear for Miners, in theory at least. In practice, these are used exclusively to create mining explosives for mad bomber traitors.
Manual
Construction
You can manually construct quite a few objects found on the station using metal, tools and other items, and most of these objects can also be disassembled in more obscure ways. Refer to this if you want to build an AI upload in the cafeteria or disassemble all COMMaster terminals.
Hacking
Certain objects cannot be disassembled without bombs - that doesn't mean you cannot break them though! In this page, you can find out how to make every soda machine launch Grife-O at clueless assistants.
