Summary
This is the sprite for the red version of the soda machine, based roughly on Coca Cola machines. This is specifically the south-facing sprite; the vending machine has different sprites based on which way it's facing. This is also what it looks like with the maintenance panel screwed on; it has a different one for if the panel is open.
Note that this sprite is 32 pixels wide by 42 pixels tall, the native dimensions for most vending machine sprites. Most things in-game are use 32x32 sprites, so this might look somewhat odd if mixed with other 32x32 sprites.
Who made this sprite? That is yet to be determined.
