The item sprite for the syndicate satchel, a satchel that's dark grey and red, like blood, Syndicates, blood of Syndicates, Syndicates covered in blood, etc. This used to be worn by nuclear operatives, but that's no longer the case.
New sprite by Walpvrgis. They got new sprites because the old ones were, to quote the artist, were a bit "vague and out of date. Especially for a prominent item that most players have on their screen at all times." In general, everything has more definition, especially the straps, which now extend across the entire satchel.
