It's the sprite for the magic mirror, a device on the Wizard shuttle. It doesn't tell you who's the fairest one of all, but instead it tells you what objectives the other wizards have.
32x32 means it's 32 pixels tall by 32 pixels wide. Try to put this with other 32x32 images. I say this because we have a mix of 32x32, 64x64, and non-standard sizes on the wiki, and when you have two versions of the same sprite in different sizes, it gets really confusing!
New sprite by someone named Owari. The previous sprite just had the generic plaque, which apparently was invisible at some point due to a bug. Now it does indeed look like a mirror that is presumably magical.
