New sprite by Flaborized! Basically, matches the sprite of the fedora as it appears on someone's mob. More specifically, we've shifted from looking at it from the side, sort of, to a three-quarters top down, the shade of black is a bit closer to a blue-black that's considerably brighter that the black used by the previous sprite, and there's some shading that makes the ridges pop out better and look even brighter.
