About the RP bit: In the normal rules, you can use all the info you gain as a ghost in-game when you're cloned. On Goon RP #1, Azungar said that an admin said that "information that you see and gain in ghost chat, is OOC and ghost chat is to be considered OOC area. Information that you gain if you are cloned, is up to the player if they want to remember everything or not." So you can remember the OOC stuff? This is mostly based on personal experience, but once, the AI, Captain, Detective and two other Secoffs came to the Afterlife Bar while i was there through portals, so i'm sure everyone can access it. | |||
Wouldn't that mean that we should expand the "How to access" section to mention this? | |||

Should we explain that the bar is accesible for living players?
