My vision is augmented. In addition to allowing me to assess your general health state, it also has been upgraded to let me see precise damage numbers, organ damage, diseases, and other ailments simply via close inspection.
32x32 means it's 32 pixels tall by 32 pixels wide. Good in a bullet list, especially with other 32x32 sprites.
New sprite by Flaborized! Pretty close to the original; one lens still has an small X and a notch at the end to signify these goggles are upgraded, but now both lenses have a cyan tinge, as with the base sprite, to imply that these goggles employ some sort of high-tech machinery.
