The item sprite for the medic's backpack, a backpack used by Medical Doctors, though nothing is stopping non-docs from wearing it. Go ahead, pretend to be a doctor.

New sprite by walpvrgis. All backpack sprites were tweaked to be more readable (e.g. better outlines, more visible straps) and match the general art style better, but this one had a couple extra changes. Instead of being mostly red on white, it's now mostly white on red, creating a white cross on a red backpack. This way, the Red Cross won't wage war on us for trademark misuse (but it might cause some issues if we ever go to war with Switzerland.)
