It's the item sprite for the Mailman's hat. You know, the one the Mailman job gets. The Mailman's hat. The hat of the Mailman. That ha that belongs to the Mailman.
32x32 means it's 32 pixels wide by 32 pixels tall. Goes well in a bullet list, especially with other 32x32 sprites.
Flaborized did make the PR changing the item sprite for the Mailman's hat, but, the actual design shown here is Erinexx's work. It's still a blue peaked cap with a golden band and logo, but every aspect is considerably more detailed (for example, you can make out a star-like badge, whereas on the previous, it was a single pixel that was brighter than the others), and the perspective has shifted from front view to three quarters between top and front.
