It's a MechComp file component. You can tell because its icon has a floppy disk, and in the future, we still use magnetic storage for files. This sends files. Some signals have files, and these let you save them, rather than merely relaying them.

32x32 means it's 32 pixels tall by 32 wide. Means it looks best with other 32x32 images, especially on a bulleted list.
