Keeping the station as clean as the captain's arse.

The janitor's little cubbyhole on the station. Well-stocked with cleaning equipment, a trash cart and there is no camera to watch you sleep.

It's located in the maintenance bridge between the Mechanics Workshop and Disposals.

Unlikely, but you do have a secondary hideout just in case.

This smaller secondary closet is in the maintenance bridge between the Chapel and the Pool It does have a stock of janitor crap as plentiful as in your proper office - mops, buckets, spare clothes, even another pair of galoshes when you eventually get mugged for your shoes.
