Summary

This is the item/inventory sprite for the stripper clip of darts included in the safari kit Syndicate item. They're labeled ".308 tranquilizer darts", but instead of haloperidol, they're loaded with sodium thiopental, for that extra effective dose of "eepy". This essentially makes them the Syndie version of that ammo type. This sprite shows a clip with all four darts. (There are different sprites for only three darts, two darts, etc.)

These darts used to look identical to their regular versions, but since .308 darts now have underlays depicting the chemicals inside (on top of being stripper clips instead of magazines), these two sprites are actually different now, albeit subtly. See the tubes in each dart? They're lighter than the ones on regular tranquilizer darts. These darts have sodium thiopental. Regular ones have haloperidol, which has a darker color.
