Summary
The item sprite for the dirty vest, one of the game's many jumpsuit-slot items. Originally a relic of the days when the Head of Security was a complete joke, it's now one of many jumpsuit reskins for Sec. Great if you're a Shitty Bill impersonator.
New sprite by Flaborized. This jumpsuit got new mob/worn states during the 2021 human resprite, so naturally, the item sprite has to be updated as well. It manages to look even dirtier than before.
