Basically, it's like the gas mask, but red, evil, and acidproof. The Syndicate gives them out to nuclear operatives, so as to prevent them from getting gassed by other teammates. Due to the way medal rewards work, I think is considered a vampire cape that happens to have a weird name and sprite, rather than its own item (i.e. you can't quite use admin commands to spawn this) Who made this sprite?
