The janitor's little cubbyhole on the station. Well-stocked with cleaning equipment, two trash carts, and a security monitor for finding messes.
It's located between the chapel crematorium, disposals and the recycling room, but the door is hard to notice without a light source. Enter through the rusted airlock to the south of tool storage, the door is next to the trash carts.
The recycling room
The rectum of the waste disposal system. Since the portable reclaimers handle everything related to material reuse, this dark dingy room just lets the janitor run his hands through the horrible remains of crushed assistants before a mass driver bloops them unceremoniously offboard.

Unlikely, but you do have a secondary hideout just in case.
This smaller secondary closet is in the maintenance corridor right behind genetics, with a great view to space and any passing Syndicate gunships. It doesn't have a bed, a camera feed or a floor buffer, but has a personal computer for email checking and stocks an array of janitor crap as plentiful as in your proper office - mops, buckets, spare clothes, even another pair of galoshes when you eventually get mugged for your shoes. The proximity to robotics makes it a common haunt for custodial cyborgs.
