Summary
This is what the inventory/item sprite for the lesser slug looked like when lesser slugs were first added. A lesser slug is not some sort of creature, but in fact meat from slug, which has grown its own head. Is it supposed to be like that?
This sprite is no longer in use. It was replaced by the one at File:LesserSlugV2.gif. (Yep, it got animated!)
