The original item/inventory sprite for cyberintestines (yeah, it's all one word.) These are robotic intestines for replacing ones that have been lost. Given that it's still a mess of tubes like the organ it's supposed to replace, you really can make roborgans just by coating them in tinfoil.
This item has since been resprited. File:CyberintestinesV2.png is the new version.
