A scotch egg... whatever that is. Apparently it's a "whole soft or hard-boiled egg wrapped in sausage meat, coated in bread crumbs and baked or deep-fried", which sounds both delicious and heart-attack-inducing. Anyways, this is a new sprite by Erinexx that switches the shading around.
While still in-game, this texture is no longer used for a scotch egg but is now only used for half-digested food chunks as of PR #8439. These sound delicious though.
