This is the second version of the omelette's item/inventory/world sprite. Instead of being a shrunken jpeg, it's now an actual sprite, depicting an fold-over/American-style omelette with meat, cheese, and chives on top.
This sprite is no longer used. It was replaced by the one at File:OmeletteV3.png.
