The item sprite for a sponge capsule, whether from a BioToys or BioWeapons Sponge Capsules pack. The name and sprite itself are sort of generalized; in-game, this is named "[critter] capsule" and has a randomly selected color (chosen from a list, actually).
This is one of those really old files that is NOT 32x32, so it might look funny if you try to pair it with 32x32 sprites.
