The item sprite for a ID with purple coloration, which means it's for a job that's either in the Medical or Science/Research department; both are collectively known as MedSci. You better hope whoever has this is indeed an actual doctor.
New sprite by Flaborized. We've switched from an angled view to a fully horizontal one, which makes it easier for people to drew new sprites based on IDs. The colors are more livelier, but other than that, the basic design remains the same.
