This little shed between the Net Cafee and arrivals holds some air canisters, emergency toolboxes, meteor shield generators and even 2 Engineering Suits.

The APC for this room is located past the eastern wall of the room, in the Arrivals Dock maintenance.
 
The power is supplied via a cable in the Arrivals Dock maintenance.
