Summary
The inventory/item sprite for an emergency auto-injector with a black body. This is the base sprite; coloring for reagents comes later, which means that emergency auto-injectors normally don't look like this.
Resprite by BatElite. Drastic departure from the old version. Bigger in size, different shape and markings, change in angle, greater sense of 3D depth, brighter colors, etc. Still has a little overlay for the reagent inside though.
