The item sprite for the medic's satchel, one of the backpack-slot options for Medical Doctors. Mostly red, so it still looks presentable when covered in a patient's blood.
New sprite by walpvrgis. We've swapped from a red cross on a white satchel to a white cross on a red satchel, so the Red Cross doesn't sue our pants off for trademark law violations. The straps and clasps are also more distinct, making the sprite more readable and therefore better. Also, looks pretty cool!
