This specific sprite is for when it has nothing inside the pen slot. [https://github.com/goonstation/goonstation/pull/19949 New sprite by LeahTheTech]. This retools the device into a knockoff PDA by ElecTek, since the Syndicate having PDAs from Thinktronic is kind of silly since Thinktronic has very close ties to Nanotrasen, known rival of the Syndicate.
