Summary
It's the item sprite for the NT-themed version of the SWAT mask, though in-game, it's just called "SWAT mask", same as the red version.
New sprite by Lofijuno. Previously, the NT version didn't actually have a dedicated sprite file; it just took the one for the red SWAT mask and used a color matrix to recolour it in-game. Now it has its own file. But this sprite isn't just a carbon copy of the old one; instead it livens up the color palette based off the actual NT color scheme used for NTSC and the like.
